Community Health Fair - Note New Location!
Join our Health & Wellness partners for a morning of free screenings, health education and information sharing to start the new year on a healthy note!
Lexington Medical Center will be offering Free Heart Screenings which include blood pressure checks and blood test that requires 12 hour fasting and appointments are required.
Palmetto Health will do stroke, weight and Body Mass Index assessments as well as provide nutritional information.
Other participants include Anytime Fitness, Aquarius Spa & Salon, Brook Health Care, HealthSource Chiropractic, Agape Senior, O'Leary Orthodontics, MedFit, Generations, SC Blue, Eden Laser & Wellness, ICRC/Crooked Creek Park and CMS Total Fitness.
