Whatever Floats Your Boat - Cardboard Boat Regatta
Lexington County Sheriff's Department and Keep the Midlands Beautiful are teaming up for the Whatever Floats Your Boat - Cardboard Boat Regatta on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Here's an opportunity to build the boat of your dreams out of cardboard and race it on Lake Murray at SCE&G Park at the dam.
Class I Boats - max of two people and powered by oars/paddles
Class II Boats - max of 3 people and powered by paddlewheels or propellers.
All propulsion must be muscle powered!

Saturday, October 19, 2013 - Guests will be allowed to enter park at 1 pm. Races will start at 2 pm.
