Chapin Town Hall houses the town administration, business license, municipal court, police, utilities and zoning departments. Chapin Municipal Court is held the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00 pm with Judge Gary Rhinehart presiding. Chapin Town Council is currently meeting the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm.

The Town also oversees the coordination of the annual Community of Character Service Day each spring and the annual Labor Day Festival and Parade the first weekend in September.

Chapin Utilities Department maintains and operates water and sewer services for 4000 customers in the greater Chapin area. For general information on utilities service contact 803-345-0416. For after hour emergencies please call 803-605-9711.
