About Us

Shelby Harrell Minges is a lifetime local of Chapin, SC and the Lake Murray community. Shelby attended the local schools and is active in the Chapin community. You will find her at Chamber of Commerce meetings, at church and in the local restaurants. She uses her local knowledge of Chapin, and the greater Columbia area, to help her clients navigate the ever changing real estate market.
