May is National Stroke Awareness Month! Chapin Rehabilitation Clinic, Inc. is hosting a Stroke Survivors and Caregivers Support Group "Meet and Greet". Stroke Survivors and Caregivers will make friends, socialize, gain and share feedback that can help themselves as well as others. The vision of the Stroke Survivors and Caregivers Support Group is to encourage, inspire, motivate, support and educate. We will continue to meet the first Tuesday of each month.We look forward to seeing you! (Refreshments will be seved).
