We are hiring Direct Support Professionals!  We have positions available at various locations, available shifts vary by location.  The Direct Support role is an entry level position that does not require any previous experience.  All of the training and development needed to be successful and prepared for the position will be provided.  We provide high quality services, excellent staff training, and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

The right candidate will be responsible for supporting our individuals in daily interacting activities, as well as participating in community outings to develop, maintain, and improve their daily living skills and to deliver services in a manner that promotes individual success, independence and respect. 

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work effectively with adults with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical Disabilities
• Excellent communication skills and able to work with a wide variety of people
• Must be comfortable with all aspects of personal care
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must have basic computer skills, and the ability to learn software for documentation
