Position Summary: Team-oriented individual to work as an outside sales representative. Responsible for calling on all assigned leads, managing accounts, providing urgent client assistance, and maintaining accurate records.

Skills/Attributes: Must be well organized, pay attention to detail, and possess excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, work independently, and follow through to resolve day-to-day customer needs. The applicant must be dependable with excellent attendance, (the position is full-time, 5 days/week, occasional weekend.) Career oriented - long term - growth opportunity.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities: Generate leads, networking, literature drops, and company-sponsored opportunities. Follow-up on leads - Company-generated and self-generated. Responsible for assisting with all company-related sales efforts.

In-home sales presentation:

  • Professional appearance.
  • Accurately conducts water analysis to assess needs.
  • Recommend proper filtration equipment based on customer's needs.
  • Accurately quote and explain installation.
  • Complete all paperwork related to sale or rental.
  • Conduct in-home follow-up appointments to verify satisfaction.

Promote all Company product lines:

Water Treatment equipment (residential)

Residential/Commercial / Rentals / Bottleless Coolers

Attain Professional Certification through WQA - (24 months)

Compensation:

  • Salary + Commission
  • Initial and ongoing extensive training provided.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record.
