National Education Association (NEA's) Read Across America is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on March 2, the birthday of beloved children's author Dr. Seuss.
Chapin Intermediate School wants to bring the celebration of reading and literacy into their school on Friday March 1st!
They are asking for volunteers, including our Chamber Members to read to their classes on this day between
7:40 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Guests can sign up for 1-2 slots and
they are in need of 8 volunteers
per 15 minute time slot.
