Shannon Albers is a local real estate agent with The Albers Team at Keller Williams Columbia. She has held her real estate license since 2017. After a couple of moves in different areas.. she was ready to move back where she was raised to start her career. Shannon works with both buyers and sellers. Whether you are buying your first home or your 20th, she wants to make sure this process is as smooth as possible. And when it comes to selling, she wants to net you as much money as possible for your home.

She is constantly providing Home Equity Reports to past and future clients, to help keep them up to date on the ever changing market. I believe in providing exceptional service for my clients and nothing less. Real estate is the largest investment most people will make in their lives and I provide the necessary skills to make the process as painless, short, and enjoyable as possible.

When I'm not negotiating deals on behalf of my clients, or searching the MLS for properties– You can find me with my husband, Greg (or the other half of The Albers Team), and my three kids. We are typically at the ball/soccer field, spending time with friends or family, or trying out a new restaurant in the area. Eating out is probably one of my favorite things, minus shopping at Target.
